Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service

I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the unprofessional conduct I experienced during my recent interaction with your company, specifically with Mr. Mdaka.

After receiving a call from Mr. Mdaka, I accepted his quote and HE scheduled a time for the service. I organized my entire day around this appointment, waking up early and ensuring everything was prepared on my end. I even sent a message an hour before our agreed time to confirm I was on my way. To my surprise, I was informed by Mr. Mdaka that he needed to reschedule at the last minute. Despite this inconvenience, I was accommodating and agreed to the rescheduled time.

However, he failed to arrive once again. I had to call him later in the afternoon, and instead of offering a sincere apology or explanation, he spoke to me in another language, gave excuses, and was extremely rude. His behavior was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful.

This lack of communication and complete disregard for professionalism not only inconvenienced me but also disrupted all the other parties involved in the move. Mr. Mdaka’s inconsiderate attitude and lack of work ethic reflect very poorly on your company. I felt treated like a lesser person, with no regard for my time or the commitment I had made.

This experience was beyond disappointing. I will never use your company again, and I will be sure to advise others to avoid it as well. Such unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously. More...

Unprofessional and Unreliable Moving Company - Avoid at All Costs!

I had the misfortune of booking this moving company a week in advance, confirming the time and date multiple times. However, on the day of the move, the company's unprofessionalism and lack of reliability became glaringly apparent.

Despite my reminders, the mover consistently postponed the scheduled appointment, claiming he was helping someone at the storage house. Three hours later, he finally finished, but instead of arriving as agreed, he took on another client, assuring me it would be a quick job.

The cherry on top was when he told me that the more I called and tried to hold him accountable, the more time he would waste before arriving. This was the final straw, and I was forced to cancel and find an alternative moving company.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT hire this company. They prioritize maximizing profits over customer satisfaction, taking on too many clients at once and lying about their availability. Save yourself the stress and find a reputable moving company that respects your time and business. More...

The service was horrible. I paid him on 28th Aug and asked him to move me on 31st Aug. He did not show up as arranged. He didn't call and when I did call him, he was not forth coming with information as when he will arrive. He only arrived on 1st Sept and I was charged an extra night. Him and his team are not professional at all. He is loud and disorganised. His team members stole milk and juice from my groceries. They kept asking for all sorts like kids in the candy store. They were rough with my furniture and they broke a vase & sugar basin. They broke one leg of my fridge. Mr Mdaka overcommits and under delivers. He spends the whole day on the phone lying to his next clients. His team put my groceries in the storage when they were meant to leave it outside. I lost my lipsticks and a whole lot of other items due to them just stealing. There is no accountability and Mr Mdaka does not take responsibility for anything. His team misbehaves and steal because they listen to their boss lying to clients every minute. I will never use this company in the near future. Just know that you belongings will grow legs and you possessions with be broken and no will own up, including the owner. The storage where we stored some of items was messy, littering everywhere, the lifts left opened for far too long until the the owner complained before they can refocus. had a very bad experience with the company , the boss Agreement Mdaka ate my food without permission, his employees took all the lemons from tree and the ones inside the house without permission , the other workers were just opening the boxes checking what is inside. He also stole my bubble wrap, I called him while he was on the way, he said he will leave it with security which he never did.
He came very early in the morning for the first load but came later at night for the second load around 20:00 and he was drunk, I didn't get a good service at all , I do not recommend them at all, hire them at own risk More...

BEST OF THE BEST VERY PATIENT AND WILLING TO NEGOTIATE

They were very quick and efficient, very affordable too. All my goods were handled with care with zero damages. We had a brief issue with security moving into the property but the owner managed to help me sort it out was patient with us. I’d recommend them for sure.

Efficient and trustworthy company

Nice guys, 5 of them show to pack the truck. Mr Mdaka always respond promptly to queries and they were very well priced. Unfortunately, I will never use their service again. They damaged my bed badly and did not compensate me. Then borrowed my charger on the day and only brought it back 3 weeks later after I was almost begging for it to be returned. Thet are so good in handling customer's properties and they respond very fast keep up the good service

Ndengeza offered really great service. Mr Mdaka gave prompt responses to all my queries and ensured that the team arrived on time with sufficient personnel which made the move efficient. Overall the team handled my belongings very well but would have loved if they took extra care with my mattress and plants. Also covering the items while in transit might be something to consider. The team asked where exactly I wanted my belongings at my delivering address, which I really appreciated.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They dropped me without communicating with me . I had to call them to check if they were still coming only to found out that they were no longer coming.

Great team of carful movers, they were very efficient and professional and helped out speedily. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

This is was honestly an unprofessional service. Firstly, the invoice changed immediately the owner arrived to collect (he tripled the price). He sent me pictures of a bigger truck (6ton) but only came with 2 ton truck leading to multiple unplanned loads.

They then proceeded to rush through the packing and damaged several of my prized possessions and electronics. He wouldn’t listen to advise or comments. Some of my stuff fell off the road.

In trying to get some compensation for all this damage, the unruly owner started making so much noise in the estate that security had to come with guns to come and control the situation since he was insulting us, including my wife and toddlers.

The guy has no manners. Please hire own risk. I wish I had never come in contact with him. More...

Hellow Phutego i dont thing it will be good to me to add anything on everything you have said because is all not good but all my customers i have worked for them they know that i have been doing great jobs to them. And i will keep rendering good services to them. Sometimes is not good to say something that is covering your side we have never brake anything from your side accept one of my guys lost control caring one of your stuff, but at all effort we have done to you thnks us by saying want you know is not true at all. We worked the whole house doing good job and we tried to help you with everything even asembled. But we will keep doing good job to our customers.

Not recommended, please do yourself a favour and do not. Book this company. The pick up was arranged but they did not arrive as scheduled. I booked 10 days before the pick up day and texted to remind them a day before and they confirmed that all is in order. On the pick up day I called as they were 30 minutes late and hadn't notified me and they said they were running 90 minutes late, 4 Hours later they were still not here. Mr. Mdaka told me that they have another job at another house and will pick up my things in a few hours. I had to reschedule so many things because of their incompence. Good evening my sister The reason was i spend alot of them on first customer and it was mot easy to leave the job before i finish it but i hope you will understand that. The main aim is to give customers good services and we dont plan to missunderstand things. I wanted to come due to my plans but we end up fail because of work load in the first customrs. Not recommended. I was referred to this company as being reliable but my experience was the complete opposite. The pick up was arranged but they did not arrive as scheduled. I called and followed up five times. Mr. Mdaka told me that they have a bigger job at another house and will pick up my things in a few hours. I waited and waited and the time kept being postponed.
