I used them twice that's how great they are. I love the fact that they professional and taking care of my furniture with no stress or whatever on my side. Communication was 100%, time and things I needed to transport my furniture from one place to another. They bring bubble rabs and the box for the TV and everything you need to make your moving easier they provide like blankets to protect your things. There is literally nothing to worry about everything just goes smooth. I got the company on line to move me in October 2024 and paid a deposit of R2500 upon their response and service.
2 days before the move they added extra cherges per the body cooperate advice.
A company that has been long in the business should have advised us of the extra charges. We wanted yo use the Company service due to the quotation we could afford at the time. Changing payment and ended up not helping us was unprofessional of them. We were charged services we never received by Thabitha.
Bad money for value company!!! Scam. Please do not use them !!!

Good day Lerato, Before the booking we send a list of questions,and one of the question we ask all our clients is if they have Tonnage Limitations either at pick up or drop off. You responded no. Two days before the move you mentioned now you have been informed the truck cannot access the property .The truck you booked.To mitigate i requested you hire shuttle service. We offered our shuttle and you were to only pay a fee towards Diesel. You said we should assume the cost and provide the shuttle free of charge .You then canceled and said your uncle has found you movers. We refunded a part of the deposit last year. A cancelation Fee was deducted and still we had the truck park the whole day.

The team was really kind so from that front the service was excellent. However the level of diligence and professionalism from the team was disappointing. They are very slow and did not stick to the timelines they had given me. The packers need to be micromanaged and are constantly taking phone calls for other jobs while on your job. The administration/management team does not give a full SLA and misrepresants the services e.g protective wrapping on furniture. My couch and microwave were damaged in the process of moving. What do you love most about your job?
As a lady in the transportation industry i love that i bring peace of mind to the clients by closing the gaps which is mostly related to the nature of how the industry operates. I have a supportive group of gents that are committed and understand the vision and the quality of work required to service our clients and build our company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started the removal bussiness when half of my household was totally destroyed during a move. I had to move myself from there on ,i then moved friends ,family and it evolved.
