What do you love most about your job?
I love the many hats I need to wear to be a good people leader. It requires constant learning and I like the challenges of the complexities around people management.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I needed the flexibility to balance the demands of being a mom and following my professional passion. Although having my own business requires more dedication, it does allow me to structure my time better resulting in quality focus with work and family.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a dedicated professional who works with you and goes out of my way to provide you and your employees an excellent service. I always work on the principle that I am only as good as my last assignment and a referral is my best marketing tool.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have moved my business mainly to online work. I conduct training, interviewing and check-in sessions via Zoom or Teams.
