Roof Repair
Lambert approached the work at my home and was a very smooth talker who promised me to complete my roof. He dismantled large areas of my roof and began to work on it but he left the job and went out to quote for other jobs. He then had other work and left my work with parts of my roof uncovered. He started making excuses about money but the quote he gave us we agreed on. The quote was not from me it was from him yet he did not complete my work and I had to pay more to get it completed. The guy came and did not diagnose the issue,he just changed the element only to find that there is an electric problem. Wasted 2x 150 litres draining the guiser for nothing. He eventually brought an electrician to fix the problem. I reported on the same day that the water is leacking from the guiser and it’s not minor as it was spreading to my flooring. He couldn’t come back . He kept on missing my calls and ignoring my messages,he responded 3 days later saying he has not been well . I told him that I was out of town for a day he can come when I am back , no response after +5 days . I cant keep my water switch on for more than 10 minutes due to the severity of the leakage. I am disappointed with the service and the overcharging which I was prepared to overlook provided the quality of service.I am still waiting for the guy to contact me and tell me if he is willing to fix this or not so I can find another plumber to help .
