What do you love most about your job?
Interacting with people from all different walks of life and being able to experience the uniqueness, ingenuity and sheer brilliance of high performing individuals.
The other amazing experience is witnessing the transformation of individuals and the difference they’re able to make in their careers/businesses/relationships, etc. There is nothing more gratifying than watching an individual that couldn’t converse in a social setting, now take the centre stage and deliver an outstanding speech in front of hundreds of people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We’re a team of legal and business consultants that live by the Ubuntu philosophy and have a deep desire to share our expertise and spend our time empowering people to be better versions of themselves. Once we did this a few times, and saw the results, it was a no brainer that this was our calling.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Besides the standard and sensible advice that the WHO has urged us to share and practice, our services are also predominantly delivered remotely. For our in-person sessions, we still practice safe distancing and constant sterilisation and sanitisation at all our offices.
