Jamela Resources Consulting (JRC) was established in 2012, following a comprehensive
analysis of the human capital development landscape. We observed that there was a
significant gap between the skills requirements of public and private organizations
compared to the capabilities and competencies of people produced by schools, colleges
and institutions of higher learning.
