I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and kind assistance of Mr. Venter in my case against the body corporate of the building in which I am the owner of a unit. I have been struggling for the last 12 to 13 years in getting the roof sections above my unit repaired and sealed to stop ingress of water into my unit. Mr Venter assisted me after the body corporate failed to action the order of CSOS with a high court order as well as with a claim against the body corporate and trustees for the years of loss and damages. The case is still ongoing but I have faith in Mr Venter, that he will see to it that everything is done according to CSOS order and the order of the high court in this matter. More...
