Describe your creative process.
First step: Understanding our client's brief fully, through email and whatsapp conversations and meetings, we can gather all the information needed to complete the brief. Gather all brand identity information, logos, colours, fonts etc
Second Step: Once the main ideas of the clients have been gathered through the brief process, creative planning can be done. Matching ideas to brand. Creating concepts for presentation to the client.
Third Step: Presentation of final designs to the client, review and final refinements made.
Fourth Step: Send off to print if necessary and delivery to follow there after.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Full understanding of what the client requires and what their time expectations are as werll as budgets for each project. We do not have a one size fits all approach but rather a customised approach to each individual project. This includes making sure that the project can fit within the budget so that all parties come away happy!
What do you love most about your job?
Creating magnificent graphics for all our clients and seeing how it can transform a companies look and feel not only digitally but all in the physical if printing is required. Having a happy returning client is all we can ask for and our high quality work is the only way of achieving this.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing a need for graphic design services for small businesses that cannot afford the rates of a high end marketing agency. Wanting to help a company expand its digital and physical marketing footprint by creating beautiful brands as a whole.

We offer a very customisable approach to brand development, no one size fits all approach here! We work closely with our clients to create what they want, not what we think they should have. We are very reasonably priced in relation to the market averages whilst maintaining a very high standard of output!

Yes we can provide services online and remotely, we can meet at our offices to discuss and brainstorm the project or it can be done via whatsapp, emails or zoom meetings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We offer our services from the comfort of your own home. We can complete a project without meeting in person if that is what our client is comfortable with. Our offices are fully covid compliant too for the face to face interactions.
