I engaged Harrison and began liaising with Kashveer, and at the outset everything appeared promising. He was responsive, cooperative and assured us that the project would be handled professionally.
However, once work commenced, the experience quickly deteriorated. Deadlines kept being pushed out, what was initialled promised quickly changed instead of what was initialled assessed, and despite our best efforts to accommodate the delays and changes, the situation became unbearable. He ultimately left the job incomplete. When asked when he would be able to complete the job he said he can’t promise a time, and would not be able to know his availability to complete the job which is quite unprofessional!
This was a full home renovation, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the flooring, yet one bathroom remains unfinished, with the shower door not installed, the basin incomplete and the shower floor left unfinished. The wall between the kitchen and lounge was left in a rough cement state, unsanded and unpainted, which left our home looking messy and neglected. The epoxy flooring that was promised was never delivered as agreed, and what was done fell completely below acceptable standards.
Every time we raised concerns, instead of resolving them, the situation became tense, hostile and extremely uncomfortable. We felt as though we had to tolerate the poor workmanship just to get the job finished, yet it still didn’t meet what was promised or paid for. What was meant to be an exciting renovation turned into a deeply stressful, disappointing and exhausting experience.
From October when the work was was left incomplete, till now we are still trying to repair the incomplete work with additional work being found due lack of poor workmanship!

For clarity, all scope, costs, timelines, and progress updates on this project were communicated in writing and agreed upon before any decisions or changes were made. The project evolved through multiple client-requested changes, all of which were assessed and executed within a budget that was feasible and approved at the time. Deadlines, costs, and adjustments were consistently communicated and documented throughout the project. We vacated site in mid-October, and this review is the first formal statement raised since then. While we regret that the experience is perceived negatively, our broader body of work and client reviews reflect a consistent standard of professionalism and positive outcomes. The quality of work was excellent and completed timely.
