Easy to work with. Very satisfied with the work done

I hired Aesthetic Homes and Offices in January 2024 to fix a kitchen cupboard Krugersdorp. I paid a 50% deposit upfront, as per their policy. However, since then, I have had nothing but trouble getting them to complete the job.

Issues Encountered

Lack of Progress: Despite paying the deposit in January, no work has been done on my kitchen cupboard as of today, May 6, 2024.
Unresponsive Communication: When I tried to follow up on the job on April 21st, my calls were not answered. I received a single message stating a refund would be issued on April 23rd.
Broken Promise and Missed Refund: The promised refund never arrived on April 23rd. Since then, my calls have been cut off and no further messages have been returned.

Overall:

My experience with Aesthetic Homes and Offices has been extremely frustrating. Their lack of communication and failure to deliver on their promises has caused significant inconvenience. I would strongly advise against using their services. More...

I had initially left a not so positive review when KB was not responding to my request for him to come and fix the couch leg, but he did today and all is good now. Quoted R1800 based on my description of the damaged items. Although my description of the items was accurate with pictures, I could understand when he wanted R500 more based on the work that would need to be done. I paid him R2300 as invoiced. The couch leg was wobbly, couldn't even sit on it and I told him on the day he brought it back and he promised to come back and fix it, but now he is not taking my calls. I feel scammed. More...

The service was prompt and professional. The staff were polite and they explained clearly what they were going to do.
I’m happy to use them in the future.
