My life has changed since I started my sessions with Mr Brian , I feel lighter , I found myself laughing more often , m more positive than negative , I’ve learned to let things go or be , and I’ve realised that some people don’t change , am the one who needs to change for my own sake and happiness. I,ve learned to release the hurt from the past especially from family , and whenever I do something for family I’ve learned not to have expectations but do it from the goodness of my heart and not be forced or emotional blackmailed into doing something . In a nutshell my focus is on me , my peace , my happyness, my mental wellbeing comes first and there’s absolutely nothing wrong in investing in my self ( like going out by myself , pampering myself , etc.). I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone his a God send and good at his work. Thank you may Gd bless you for creating this safe space for us .
