Great working out with Coach Vans. His holistic approach to fitness combining mental wellness, personalised meal plans, and flexible scheduling have made all the difference. What I like about the PT is that he don’t just solely focus on physical workouts, but also takes the time to ensure I’m mentally and emotionally supported. Very wholistic approach to fitness. Exactly something I was looking for. Something which can stay with you as a lifestyle. No crazy workouts and no crazy diets. Vans and Sara provided us with workouts suited to first build body strength and fitness before shifting gears to refine the workout techniques at the same time teaching us to pause whenever necessary. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to positively change their attitude towards fitness and redefining their goals for long term gains.
