I was facing very bad bedbug issues in house and was having a nightmare getting rid of it by myself,using all the DIY method on the self recommended . I decided to look for a PCO to solve my problem. SK Pest Management services was the third PCO that call me back .After spoken to thier staff Mr Rajesh .I Decided to engage SK Pest Management Services. as he was available on the spot at 130am to carried out the Services ,when other PCO was only available at 9am onwards and I was not able to sleep with these little vampire bitting me and my family the whole night. Mr rajesh explained how the procedure will be and make sure we understand the process of the treatment.,he was also very fast in locating all the bedbug hidden areas to my surprised,during treatment After 3 hours we were able to used back our rooms as he released some sort of gassing after he had done his spraying . We check our rooms all the bedbug was dead ,with some crawling half dead ..I was happy with the result. After the second treatment all my bedbug issue is gone . I spotted ants in my kitchen around 7.40am, and went online to find pest control companies. Sent in a request on a site, so pest control companies can contact me directly. Within 15 mins, WTG responded. They called me & messaged me to offer their services. The ants were really disgusting & crowded at the pipe casing area, we sprayed insecticide, which killed alot of it & they stopped appearing for awhile. So I told Mr Tay that I already sprayed insecticide. He advised me to wait & see if it works cos sometimes it may do the trick. He also suggested I take a video of it if it comes back, so he can advise on the type of ants, treatment method & pricing. At 2pm, the ants came back crowding again so I sent a video over. He identified the ants & advised me. I decided to go with WTG even though I took multiple quotations cos he responded the quickest, didn't try to push me to have an on-site assessment, and was very genuine in the advices! (Other company told me the insecticide will not work and kept calling me). He was able to come at 4pm and managed to make the ants disappear without much debris lying all around (which was what happened after we sprayed insecticide). Since 4pm till now, not a single ant was seen yet, so we are very satisfied! Thank you so much!!!!

I shifted into this new space since May 2021. I stayed in most of the times and I used to have peaceful sleep day in day out. But just recently, I started feeling continuous itch and I overlooked, thinking it was normal and not to be too conscious overthinking about it. But it got a lot worse till I found myself tapping on my skin often and scratching to stop the irrit feels. Little did I know, there were very tiny crawlers (smaller than a pencil lead) on my bed which I discovered only on black linen/sheets. As soon as I can, I did my homework and started seeking out for professional help. After several calls, I spoke to Mr. Wilson Tay from WTG. During the conversation, Mr Tay remained patient and listened to my concerns carefully. He then, explained to me on the situation and the possible outburst. On the following day (3rd Jan 2022), His team responded on time and even explained on the dos and don'ts for pre and post treatment phases. It took them two rounds of inspection to get rid of all types of pests from my room. After the first round of exposure, I never once encountered live insect crawling on me nor on my possessions from what I observed. I must say, the trust I had on WTG and in the quality of their work did not go in vain. Each one of them know exactly what to do and was knowledgeable on the causes and effects. Their application of chemicals and spray works were eye to details and after the final round of exposure, he gave a follow up call to ensure that 100% effective rate of destruction of pests in my room. That shows his sincerity of work and takes pride in whatever they do. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with WTG. I am deeply impressed and contented with WTG and would highly recommend them to those who are facing difficulties with unwanted guests around.
