Great working out with Coach Vans. His holistic approach to fitness combining mental wellness, personalised meal plans, and flexible scheduling have made all the difference. What I like about the PT is that he don’t just solely focus on physical workouts, but also takes the time to ensure I’m mentally and emotionally supported. His motivational skills are on point, and the variety of workouts (boxing, gym, outdoor sessions, track activities) keeps things exciting! Thanks for being such an amazing trainer! I have known Vans for almost 10 years. He has a drive to do his best unlike any other trainer. He's constantly upgrading himself and learning something new all the time. 10 years later, he is a completely different person who has grown so much in his field and yet his drive is still as rigorous as before. He cares about his clients, understands their issues and doesn't push them overly. He is great not just with resistance training but also at rehabilitation training . He does not just train and leave like a stranger. He becomes a friend, is fun to be with and work out. Hence, he does not only come with a great skill set n knowledge of over 25 years but also is great to train with. Do call him for a trial and enhance your fitness level!
