Tenants apparently have no right to know how security issues arising from the property managers actions have been resolved,the property manager told each tenant something different regarding the same issueThe property manager seemed to have an issue with the tenants before the move in date refusing to answer questions or acknowledge their responses that answered their questions where the property manager would repeat the questionThere was no reliability in property inspections and where about half the inspections were skipped where tenants usually found put by receiving another inspection notice within the weekBeing forced to give at least 1 star is being generous

Emily at the Rent Shop has been our Letting Agent continuously for four years - right from start of us becoming landlords to the sale of the property this year. Emily always has been a pillar of support for us. She responds quickly in her friendly manner and we value her highly professional conduct. Emily found us the perfect responsible tenant who stayed all this time, delivered detailed property checks, always in great co-operation with the tenant, she organised all matters, e.g. healthy homes or maintenance where necessary and she was respectful and accommodating with our wishes and the needs of our tenant. Very good personal support from Bridget Wood & Michelle Meiring. Bridget has managed our rental property for around 9 years. She has made life easy for us by keeping in front of compliance & maintenance, and dealing efficiently with any issues that have arisen. She has managed major works like house painting & repairs after break ins, down to small plumbing repairs. They have a good team of tradies on their books. Bridget went the extra mile for us and we were happy to trust her & the team to deal with any issues, contacting us with quotes for works as required.
