The power went out at our rental property in Hillpark Manurewa this morning (Easter Monday) at 5am due a blown 63A fuse on the main board. Our tenant followed all 'The Rent Shop' instructions when these types of emergencies arise but could not get a hold of anyone there. To organise an electrician to fix the problem. They had no other options but to call us at 10.32am. We had no luck with getting anyone from Wells Electrical, who installed the new meter last August to remedy. Best we could do was lodge a ticket with Michelle at the Call Centre and request an urgent call back. No one from their team called back. Thankfully, our resourceful tenant managed to find an Electrician and power was restored, late this afternoon. 'The Rent Shop' may need to review their process because it doesn't work?. More...

We went to view a house under this property management and had such a positive experience.
