What do you love most about your job?
Property Management is so varied and interesting. With no two days being the same I love the variety that every day brings and enjoy the many owners and renters that we talk to every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having owned my own investment properties over the years some of which were self managed and others looked after by property managers I saw a need to provide a quality service which is both transparent and easy.
Most companies I approached to manage my property offered an 'all or nothing' service and I saw an opportunity to offer a service where owners can choose to use as little or as many of the services that a property manager offers.

Finding tenants can be hard work, especially if you’re busy doing other things (like working, running a business or spending time with your family).
Not only that but making sure the tenants are reliable and trustworthy can also be a challenge.
Changes to the Residential Tenancys Act now mean than it’s extremely difficult to move tenants on if you need to.

Property Inspection Service

If that sounds like you then Renthub’s rental inspection service for landlords is what you need!
In our years of being involved with rental properties there’s been many a time when we’ve heard a landlords story of having been left with thousands of dollars of damage when a tenant vacates their property.
Even worse is when the bond isn’t enough to cover the damage or going to a tribunal hearing where you run the risk of your claim being knocked back because you didn’t have the supporting evidence you needed to have your claim honoured.
When engaging Renthub to complete your property inspections you will remain in charge of your rental property and partner with Renthub to complete regular, professional rental property inspections.
Hands on Flat Fee Property Management
Hands on Management: With this option we ‘tag team’. Renthub will look after the day to day tenancy and whenever there is maintenance to be completed you will be responsible for this.
Full Service flat fee property management
This is our full service option where you are completely hands of and we deal with all aspects of managing the property. Inspections are charged separate but at a cheaper rate than hands on management.
