It’s been over six weeks since we began the process of moving out, and the paperwork has been incredibly slow. As a flat, we’ve been very quick to reply and send through everything needed from our side to help things move along - yet things still seem to be dragging on their end. We were told recently that the forms hadn’t even been sent out, which is really disappointing after waiting so patiently. Vanessa has been lovely to deal with overall, but the communication and organisation behind the scenes with the admin team handling the paperwork has been quite poor. We switched from another property management company, so trust us when we say that Ready Property has truly impressed us. What sets them apart is their commitment to putting homeowners interests first. At the outset, they advised us on the highest possible rental rate we could aim for, rather than lowering our price for a quick rental. They then worked diligently to gather various tenant offers for our consideration. Eventually, we secured a rental 18% higher than our previous rate - likely a record high for our property type at the time. Ready Property’s fees are also among the lowest, if not the lowest in the market, which means we enjoy higher returns over time. A standout feature is their mobile app system, which allows busy homeowners like us to easily track rental income and expenses. This level of convenience was missing from our previous company, and we appreciate it a lot. What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the Real Estate and Property Management industry for 8 years and as much as I love Real Estate, Property Management needs my services more. There is a shortage of Property managers who actually care about both their clients and tenants.
