I've been where I'm currently renting for many years, was run originally by Harcourts with Mari as the property manager she was brilliant. Then Mari left and the service I got use to was gone and they were hard to deal with immediately after. Then to my awesome surprise Mari shows up and Quinovic got the contract, I was very happy.Mari is a legend in her own right, very friendly, honest, just plain awesome really, she's a personable person and understands the renting game very well. She knows the story behind Ryder and everything we have gone through and Ryder's so cute around her, she's a very caring genuine person..I highly recommend Mari and the Quinovic team in Pukekohe More...

We had a fantastic experience working with Andrew Wells. He sold our home in Te Awamutu (229 Raeburne Street) with outstanding professionalism and excellent results. From start to finish, his communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.What really stood out to us was that even long after the sale was completed, Andrew was still willing to help. We reached out to him for advice on another property in a different location, and he generously provided us with the right information and guidance, including details around property laws. That level of ongoing support is rare and truly appreciated. We highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely supportive real estate agent.Pieter and Lynn More...

We have been residing in our rented residence for a period of nearly 12 months. All issues have been resolved promptly and in a positive manner. Upon our initial lease, Mari Daly, our property manager, was exceptionally efficient, managing matters swiftly. From the initial stage of moving in, it took just 2 weeks to complete, and we literally moved in the day after. However, she was able to execute this task. I was needing to relocate for work , so had a tight time frame.Their communication is impeccable and timely. More...
