What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to offer a quality Property Management service that looked after clients' investment properties and not let them get damaged by bad tenants or over stretched Property Mangers.
Why should our clients choose you?
If you are looking for a hands-on property manager, not just an accountant who collects your rent and takes a cut. I believe that having a good relationship with my clients and their tenants is the best way to look after a rental property. I pride myself in knowing every Owner, property and its tenants, I do not believe it is possible for one property manager to look after 100 plus properties each.
