What inspired you to start your own business?
Connecting with my inner self guided me toward a deeper sense of purpose, which naturally led me to create my own life coaching practice. This is where I truly feel aligned and fulfilled.

A free discovery call to begin with, for you to get a feel for my empowerment coaching, and for me to get an idea of your current situation and areas you would like to focus on.
Followed by 6, 1 hour personalised coaching sessions - where we will uncover patterns and see where to from here, giving you clarity and a shift in perspective, so you can smash those goals and create time for self care.
