Watching a filthy Wellington or Nelson house come back. People walk outside and go quiet for a second.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Too many rushed washes. We wanted a crew that shows up in Wellington, the Hutt, Porirua, and Nelson / Tasman, does it properly, and comes back if we miss.
Why should our clients choose you?
We do not treat every surface the same. Soft wash on the house. Roof treatment, and pressure only where the roof can take it. Solar panels and fences are real jobs with their own listings. Blaster on the hard stuff. Windows if you want it finished. Not Auckland. If we stuff it up, we come back.

No. The wash is on site in Wellington, the Hutt, Porirua, or Nelson / Tasman.
We can price it from satellite so you have a number before we book. That is the only remote bit.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Nothing theatrical. The wash is outside. We do not come inside unless interior windows are on the quote. Keep pets in. If you want space at the door, say so.
Soft House Washing
The house has gone green and you have stopped seeing it. That film sits in the cladding, soffits, and joinery.
We soft wash it. Low pressure and the right chemical. Plants get a rinse. Paint stays on. We will not blast weatherboards.
Included: cladding, soffits, joinery, a plant rinse. Wellington, the Hutt, Porirua, Nelson / Tasman. Send the street when we text.
If we miss, we come back. Gentle on the house, rude to mould.
Roof Cleaning & Treatment
Moss and lichen hold water and keep growing if you only knock the surface off.
We treat it, then time and weather do the visible clean-up. Soft wash first. Pressure only where the roof can take it. Tiles, iron, and condition get judged first. Not instant magic. We will not blast every roof.
We also clean solar panels when we are on the roof. That job has its own listing.
Wellington, Hutt, Porirua, Nelson / Tasman. If the coating is stuffed, we say so before we start.
Water Blasting & Pressure Washing
Driveways, paths, decks, patios, and concrete go black and slippery. That is the job for pressure. Not the house.
Pressure where pressure belongs. If the surface cannot take it, we say so and wash it another way. We will not blast cladding or painted weatherboards.
Included: the surfaces we quoted, the bits people slip on. Decks get judged first. Some timber wants a softer wash.

Gutter Cleaning
Gutters are boring until water starts coming through the ceiling.
We empty them, flush them, and check the downpipes. High gutters get a harness when we need it, not a guy leaning off a ladder. We will not leave the mess on the garden. A flush does not fix a crushed downpipe.
Included: debris out, flush, a look at overflows, before and after photos. Face-whitening is separate unless quoted.

Building Washing
The building should look like someone is in charge. Green walls and a tired shop front do not.
We assess first. Soft wash on cladding and the high bits that cannot take a blaster. Water blasting on the hard ground surfaces. Schools, daycare, low-rise commercial and industrial. Not a cheap button. Not high-rise.
Included: a look before we price, method matched to each surface, before and after photos.

Window Cleaning
Clean glass makes the whole place look less tired. A washed house with dirty windows still looks half-done.
Interior and exterior. With the house or on their own. We do not need to come inside unless we are doing interior glass.
Included: the glass we quoted, frames wiped, conservatory or clearlite if it is on the quote. Not high-rise. Not a solar-panel job — that has its own listing.

Solar Panel Cleaning
Dirty panels sit on a clean roof and look like you skipped a job. Dust, lichen, and bird mess dull the glass. They look tired. Output drops.
We clean the panels. Soft wash and a proper rinse. We already do this work. No high-rise heroics. No blasting the glass. We will not invent a kWh figure or promise more power.
Included: the array we quoted, a rinse off the roof, before and after photos. Not a guarantee about your bill.

Fence Cleaning
A tired fence makes the whole section look older than it is. Green timber, grey palings, lichen in the rails.
We wash fences as a real job, not a leftover. Soft wash on painted or stained timber. Pressure only where the timber can take it. We judge the timber first. We will not blast flaking paint off and call that a clean.
Included: the fence we quoted, a plant rinse along the line, before and after photos.
