We asked for an end of tenancy cleaning. Our flat is five bedrooms but only 100m2. After one hour, one of the tenants went back to the property to find the cleaners had done nothing and she proceeded to ask them how long this clean would take. The cleaners said 6-8 hours which is ridiculous for how much cleaning actually needed to be done. Would not recommend!! More...

I requested a quick turnaround on a one-off deep clean of our bathrooms and toilet prior to a new tenancy. The owner was friendly, as was his employee, who did the job quickly - all within budget as requested. However, there were some issues with toilet areas not being deep cleaned, and the reason I decided to go for a deep clean to start with. I picked up one obvious issue during the owners inspection, and it was remedied quickly. We engaged vimal and his team to clean our three storey townhouse on short notice as we were moving to a new place. The team did a proper job and carried out all our instructions per our property manager’s request. Kitchen was very well done with a superb fridge, oven, range hood and stove top clean. The toilets were well done too and as we had cats they were quick on the job and did all they could to make the carpets look brand new and fur free. Another thing that stood out was that Vimal was quick to respond to us , conducted a quick inspection of our place promptly and provided a quote as well as responded to our calls and texts very quickly. This was a one off clean and they didn't have too much time (they managed to fit our place in last minute) so I did notice a few things looked rushed.
