As an overseas landlord I found the house mostly fine on my return, but garden a disgrace as at that time they contracted gardeners to maintain! And nothing at all done for five months with no communication to advise. I expect this will be deleted to maintain their pristine appearance! More...

Helping people, and connecting the right tenants with their perfect property!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We wanted to offer a more personalized service that is catered to the individual needs of the clients, and to offer a better service to tenants. Same day communication to both client and tenants is something that needed to be address in the property management space. This service from us does make a huge difference across the board!
Why should our clients choose you?
As property investors ourselves, we genuinely care about our clients investment properties. We understand trusting somebody with your property can be a scary thing! So where possible, we like to meet with our owners in person to offer them a more individualized and tailored approach, and work with them to format a plan that suits their needs. We are locals ourselves, and know the rental space well, also keeping up with current local rental trends and demands.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
It is mandatory for all staff to wear masks and to use hand sanitizer after all viewings and inspections. In addition, all applicants who view property are unable to do so unless they have booked in on line, and wear a mask at the viewing.
