We contacted Luke to have an assessment done on our house piles as the house is 100 years old and I wanted to check its structural integrity/ make sure the piles were in good shape. Luke was easy to communicate with, punctual and gave the house a thorough assessment including checking the internal levels and going under the house to assess the piles. He gave honest feedback, advising us that the house was fine and not in need of any immediate work. On our request he gave us a thorough quote for work that could be done in the future, if we chose to do it.
