Highly rate Caleb. I started not really knowing how to get fitter or stronger, and I’d never done things like front squats before. My balance and movement were below average, especially with some lower back problems. A couple of months in, I feel way stronger and my balance has improved heaps. Things that felt awkward at the start feel much more natural now. Caleb’s technique is spot on. He can pick exactly where I’m weak and help me work on it properly. If you’re considering training with Caleb - do it! I met Caleb in June with very low expectations of my ability to commit to anything to do with exercise. I was 5 years out of regular exercise. A serial gym member but not a gym go-er. I felt physically weak. Low in confidence. Well 5 months later. I’m still here! Training regularly with Caleb. I wasn’t sure how we could relate - Me as a mum of 2 under 5, and Caleb as a young guy. But Caleb is super friendly and so passionate about his job - he’s a committed coach who actually gives a sh*t. He’s helped check in when I’ve struggled with motivation and made plans with me to help me keep on track. No judgement. Once we could get the habit in place I’ve finally being able to make and see progress. Beyond what I thought I could achieve! Caleb was proactive from the moment he first made contact with me. I needed accountability and encouragement. Caleb has provided me with both in bucket loads.
It’s the first time I have gone to the gym consistently. I’ve been struggling with post viral fatigue but having Caleb inside has meant that I’ve done to the gym even when I didn’t feel like it.
I wanted to build strength and balance and I can definitely notice the difference with both in my first 12 weeks.

Absolutely stoked I started working with Caleb in the Gym! He is an exceptional trainer and a genuinely lovely guy.
I was struggling with motivation, consistency and kept overdoing it, getting injured then taking weeks off.
Over the last 3 months, Caleb identified my weaknesses, improved my form and massively improved my confidence in the gym.

I had a great training session with Caleb at Apollo Fitness! He was super informative and took the time to listen to my fitness journey and goals. We went through a great session that was tailored to what I wanted to achieve in the gym. Caleb was attentive at showing me the exercises and then correcting my form, all while being conscious of my injuries and adjusting for them if necessary. He was also so personable and funny, easy to get along with! I would highly recommend Caleb as a PT, and the facilities at Apollo were great! Unfortunately, I do not provide online or remote services. I see 1:1 Face-to-face training as best suited for the best possible outcome!
