I'm an electrician, contracting with Aspire. Most of my jobs come from property manager Maggie Du. She is very promptly with tenant's reasonable request and get me to sort the electrical problems out. From a landload's perspective, apart from something super urgent, Most of the time, Aspire will ask a rough quote from me before carrying on the job. Our experience with this company was very disappointing. We were told we were a preferred applicant (or at least one of the leading applicants) for a property, but after that communication stopped completely. We waited several weeks and contacted them multiple times asking for an update, but received no response. In the end, we had no choice but to secure another property elsewhere.The rental process is already stressful enough without being left waiting with no communication. I am very disappointed with this company. Two weeks ago, I inquired about the open house schedule but received no response. I had to call their office, and after they briefly asked for my name and phone number, I haven’t heard anything back. Then last week, I visited another property and submitted an application that same night. It’s been a week now, and yesterday I called them again.
