I'm an electrician, contracting with Aspire. Most of my jobs come from property manager Maggie Du. She is very promptly with tenant's reasonable request and get me to sort the electrical problems out. From a landload's perspective, apart from something super urgent, Most of the time, Aspire will ask a rough quote from me before carrying on the job. Our experience with this company was very disappointing. We were told we were a preferred applicant (or at least one of the leading applicants) for a property, but after that communication stopped completely. We waited several weeks and contacted them multiple times asking for an update, but received no response. In the end, we had no choice but to secure another property elsewhere.The rental process is already stressful enough without being left waiting with no communication. I am very disappointed with this company. Two weeks ago, I inquired about the open house schedule but received no response. I had to call their office, and after they briefly asked for my name and phone number, I haven’t heard anything back. Then last week, I visited another property and submitted an application that same night. It’s been a week now, and yesterday I called them again. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our property manager, Maggie Du, for taking such great care of our home over the years. Whenever we needed anything, Maggie was always the first to respond. Just last week, when a broken pipe caused flooding in the first-floor storage room and damaged the carpet, Maggie immediately stepped in to help—even while she was on vacation. She quickly coordinated a plumber and a cleaning crew, resolved the leak as fast as possible, and made sure the carpet was properly dried. Thanks to her prompt action, our property suffered no additional damage. Communication with our tenants has also been incredibly smooth with Maggie’s support. Maggie has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Her responsiveness is outstanding — whenever we've had an issue, she's gotten back to us incredibly quickly, even outside of business hours. That level of dedication really stands out. She's also proactive about regular property inspections, which gives peace of mind to both us and the landlord. What we appreciate most is that she genuinely listens. She regularly checks in to see if there's anything we'd like improved, and actually follows through — she helped us get the old curtains replaced, for example, which made a real difference. She's even taken the initiative to arrange inorganic rubbish collection for us, which was a nice touch we didn't expect.
