We have a brand questionnaire that we get prospective clients to complete. This gets them to consider some fundamental things about their business and we are often told that this alone is a great boon to the client. This centres on the brand, the audiences that you are trying to reach, what makes you distinct (ideally) or why a prospect would buy from you.

What do you love most about your job?

I love creating a website that delivers ongoing traffic and business to a small business owner, knowing that part of the comfort of their lifestyle is down to the work that we have done. I especially love seeing my clients' websites progressing up the search results pages to win business that they wouldn't otherwise have won.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have been in and out of running my own business and working for others for 30 years. The original impetus was to have control of the selling of my own ideas and that remains true to this day. I love nothing more than having a creative idea and seeing it through from design, to production, to implementation and seeing successful results.
