We have a range of tried and tested approaches to website design and build - depending on the client's requirements. We like to get custom design work started early so that the client can give us feedback on those as we are gathering website content in parallel.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?

- Requirements, product/service information.
- Links to a few competitors
- Copy of important photos and social media links
What do you love most about your job?
Bringing all the varied elements of a website plan together so that the client is happy and you know it is a good looking site and will do their business great good over the coming years. We also love when a marketing plan is ready to roll out, as soon as that new website goes live, so that new sales calls will start rolling into that website owner as soon as the new site goes live.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We knew we had something better to offer SME businesses in Ireland, from working in the industry for a number of years. So we felt a calling to deliver that better service and here we are.

Yes, we are doing a lot of our work and website demos now over video calls and screen-share programs so the client gets an expert service, all from the comfort of their own office.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are doing initial meetings and website demo/handover meetings all over zoom, and that is 100% covid friendly :) .
