As my business grew, a lot of the duties were outsourced to people with the expertise. Distribution, Marketing, Accounts etc. The one duty which I kept under my control was sales - an area which I had been doing since the start but didn't understand fully the theory behind it, or the true importance of selling. After completing the Philosophy of Selling course with Ciaran and Rachel, I now fully understand the meaning of selling and how to implement a structured sales plan.
