I offer one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy online via Zoom and by telephone. I'm well aware of how it's not easy to reach out for help, and making the first contact with a counsellor is a courageous step.

My approach is both trauma-sensitive and attachment-informed. I've worked effectively with a range of different people on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, complicated grief, childhood trauma, social phobia, anger, addiction, obsessive-compulsive thinking and behaviour, relationship difficulties and parenting difficulties.

As a fully qualified and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I am trained in a range of approaches, including person-centred, gestalt therapy, transactional analysis, psychodynamic therapy, and cognitive-behaviour therapy, among others.

I've worked with clients online and by telephone for a few months now, since the lockdown, and overall they report that it works well and is effective.

I provide a confidential, safe and non-judgemental environment that allows you to explore what is bringing you to counselling. In an initial session I will be interested in getting to know you, what is bringing you for counselling, letting you get a sense of me, and finding out what you want for yourself.
