We are so thrilled with the finished garden. We wanted a low maintenance garden that offered a comfortable space to relax but was optimised for our 6 year old to play in. Pat & his team provided an excellent service and the quality of delivery has exceeded our expectations. They are a hard working team, with a wide range of skills. Some extras we hadn’t considered which have made a difference to the overall finish- they added a drain pipe to our shed so drips wouldn’t damage the patio; they changed our outdoor socket from a single to a double; the lights were wired & a dimmer switch added inside the house & all wiring was neatly done. We had drainage issues in the garden which they have fixed (the recent torrential rain has tested & proven their work!). They were tidy, friendly, respectful of our neighbours & dependable. Couldn't believe the difference made in our garden. Pat and the team listened to everything we wanted and delivered a top quality service. Very efficient and quick on carrying out the repair to the roof within days after a storm. Replaced ridge tile and checked that others had not dislodged.

I was so impressed with P&Mproperty maintenance from the beginning to end of the project. I sent out request last week early. Pat came to review what I wanted to get done in back garden. He discussed various options and costings. I decided to replace my decking with composite decking. And added a raised flower bed in stone which is a beautiful addition. Pat and his team were so easy to work with .. really obliging and ended up doing other various jobs in tbe house including timber planks for 2 beds .., outdoor lighting in tbe garden and put in an outdoor socket. Cut and trimmed my tree and hedge.. The back garden is now completed and a life time job…. I’m absolutely thrilled with it. I will most definitely recommend Pat and his team at P&M property maintenance. No job is too small and tbe team is so diverse they can do any job including extensions roof repair gutters are but a few. I cannot recommend pat enough. His team turned up at 8am and finished our job in 2 days. We had the garden levelled off, porcelain large tiles laid, raised beds, rendered walls and a lawn laid. We had a leak in our bathroom every time it rained hard. We called P&M property maintenance and pat and guys came out right away to figure out what was going on. They were able to find the source of the leak and get a game plan for getting it fixed, on top of other issues they saw that we didn't know would eventually be a problem.
