What makes a great website?
Great design, which is intuitive for the user, leading them to the most important info you want to convey first, and is secure and loads fast, well optimised with mobile first design. It's also important to consider your colour scheme and fonts, for clarity and ease of reading, whilst conveying a modern, professional look. Factoring in users with visual impairments, we can provide easy switch colour schemes and scalable fonts for users with a disability too. We can also provide multi language sites, which switch on the fly, if your userbase requires that.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Frustration with how badly things had been done in certain ways at a web development company I was working for, where the clients weren't treated particularly well. I wanted to build a business where I was confident our clients would be happy with our work, and that I could be happy with the quality and standards of product we were producing, and know that we were not ripping people off, just because they might not have much technical knowledge. Desire to go further, be independent, and produce a quality product.

Yes, in fact that is our primary way of working now since Covid as it both reduces environmental impact, and overheads and helps with quality of life. So we use phone, email, Zoom, Teams and Loom, depending what the client is comfortable with.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Well remote working is great for social distancing! Plus we're fully vaccinated, mask wearing, card-carrying members of the keep your distance, wash your hands (frequently), and we'll get through this hopefully in the end brigade!
