No words could express my appreciation for the care I received from Kloud 9 Dogz yesterday. On my way back to collect my dog PA after his first lesson the clutch went in my car. They went above and beyond to help me --- collected me at the car, arranged Recovery, talked to my insurance company, booked PA into kennels until my car is repaired. I was delighted to see him playing happily with the other dogs when I returned. Everything taken care of they actually dropped me to the station to get a bus home. To say the folks at Kloud9 dogs are fantastic is an understatement. Several times they have helped us out on short notice looking after our puppy.
