AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Horrendous company to deal with, got a very expensive double gate off them, waited forever to have it installed. Blueprints are drawn up beforehand with all measurements and gaps around gate and then it is installed completely different.
Main aim of gate is to keep dogs at the rear of the house so a small gap at bottom of gate was agreed on which dogs couldnt fit through. After install a large gap was left at bottom which dogs freely go under. Handles of gate were wrong colour and never replaced.
Plan to fix height was to drill new holes for gate and dig hole in ground leaving my wall and ground cosmetically flawed, no compensation offered even though everything that went wrong was Killeen Eng fault. No refund or discount offered, everyone in the office have excuses for everything and never admit they did anything wrong, rang 3 weeks in a row to be told I would be called back with a fix date and no return call.
Booked three different days off work to be home for install and fixing and cancelled 2 of those days halfway through said day and other day cancelled 2 days beforehand.
Installers arrived to looked at repairs while expecting to have handles replaced and they didnt even know anything about handles. Complete joke of a company. Avoid at all costs. More...
