hello everybody . I have had horrendous problems with this company but the final straw came when I wanted to move my account to a proper hosting company . I was cut off and have had no access to my emails since then . When I asked them for a copy they refused and demanded 250 euro , saying that they had sent me an email about this . However it would be kind of hard to read an email when they have cut you off . I had contacted them on a number of occasions but they only got back to me when 21 days had elapsed , which means you have to pay them for your data haha . Thank god I no longer use them but I find there extortion hard to take as their service was crap and I was offline most weekends when they have no support . Ridiculous More...

I scratched my head for weeks trying to figure out who would be best to use for my website in terms of quality, service and price. All are obviously very important. I called Sean at Heaventree and arranged a meeting. From the very beginning I got a very positive feeling from them so I decided to go with Heaventree for my site. I can not rate them highly enough. The work was done efficiently, promptly, honestly and most of all top quality. Whenever I called I got an immediate response or if I mailed I got a response if not immedietly, very soon after, this to me is also very important. Not only did Heaventree design my site, they had a lot of professional input to help steer the site in the direction I wanted it to go in, even though I didn't actually know that direction myself at the time!! They could advise me very well based on their experience. The site was up and running from scratch within 3 weeks and the price was very reasonable. I was so happy with the work Heaventree did for me I also asked them to design another seperate website for me, this was designed by the lads in Heaventree with the exact same professionalism, enthusiasm and input as the first site. I can only say good things about Sean, Rob and all of the Heaventree team. If you are looking to have a site designed I would highly recommend Heaventree.
