Last week the DS control panel in my house started to display an error. I called DS for advice and was told battery needs replacing. CS rep said it would cost me 180 Euro (120 Euro for the engineer to come and 60 Euro to actually replace the battery). So I went to screwfix, purchased the same battery for 35 Euro and replaced it in 5 minutes. DS asked 180 Euro for the same. Not great DS. More...
