We hired Jacob for a deep clean, after reading reviews here as they all were good. Unfortunately I was unable to meet Jacob myself so my mother in law did and explained to him what we wanted cleaned. She showed him before he left that there was still dirt left on windows and he said it was very hard to get it off, and she used her finger to remove it in front of him. There was dirt still left on all windows, dust under the table, dirt left behind the toliet and dirt in the kitchen. I did reach out to Jacob before leaving a review but he didn't get back to me.
