Fair play to Marcus. He replied to my request within an hour and gave me a very reasonable quote. Came across as a genuine gent on the phone so I decided to get him to do the job - sealing and felting the roof of our concrete shed.
Marcus and Brandon arrived this morning and had the job done, neatly and tidily, within a few hours.
Great job by a lovely couple of lads and I'd have no hesitation in recommending ACE ROOFING to anyone who needs help with this kind of work.

Marcus has been nothing but a delight to deal with from start to finish.
My roof has been a long drawn out headache and Marcus kept going to the bitter end to find the problem which he did and thankfully it is now fixed.
He kept coming back until we had it sorted and honestly if I was him I would have given up!!

Marcus was quickly able to assess the situation with a leaking flat floor in our shed. He was thorough in the inspection inside and out before providing a quote. We could have gone with a small patch job but decided to replace all the felt it was +17 years old.

He was able to commit to dates and times. He turned up with his team and finished the whole job in a day. I don't know much about roofs but I can say every attention was paid to the small details with a perfect neat finish.

I live in Cabinteely and had several people call and quote me for fixing my flat "very troublesome" flat garage roof. As I dont know much about roof's . . I was confused and frustrated with who to hire.

Marcus (Ave Flat Roof and Carpentry) arrived and was a gentleman from the start. He seemed to know flat roofs and inspired confidence. I decided to go with Marcus (and Kevin).

Now this roof turned out to be a bigger nightmare than I thought. We had tried patching it up over the last 2 years but it keeps leaking.

I am not joking but Marcus came out to our house 7 times over 10 days to get the roof right. I dont know of any other tradesman who takes that much pride in his work. Not only did he fix the roof (I have put the hose on the roof for hours now and its perfect) but he wasn't happy unless he got rid of the pooling of water on the roof.

He went off and bought plywood and refelted the valley and problem area. I was so impressed and happy. he only charged me for materials. Now thats a great guy and why I am writing this review.

I had other people quote me 4 times what Marcus quoted me. Complete cowboys. But Marcus was very fair in his pricing, great in his work and a brilliant flat roofer. He is also very pleasant to deal with and I would not hesitate to have Marcus come back again to our house or to recommend him to any family or friends.
