My family gave me the task of finding a suitable buyer for the house we grew up in. A 1950s house in Dublin South-West. There were two Paul Tobin signs on the road and I thought 'I'll start by giving this Paul Tobin a call'. We met at the house soon after and I never looked back. He was honest, professional and personal with me, and in his approach to selling the house I grew up in. His knowledge of the market, his understanding of the needs of his clients, buyers and sellers, and his extensive experience made me confident that this would go well. And it did. The house needed a re-wire and a fix-up, as old houses often do. And Paul's passion for, and impressive knowledge of, interior design came forward. He made the recommendations and I followed them, where budget allowed. And he had a network of skilled people that he could call on to work with the house and make it ready for sale. I live abroad, so Paul kept me informed as the work was carried out, with pictures, calls and video walk-throughs. Once on the market, things went very fast, as Paul said they would. The house was presented, in a printed brochure and online, in a very honest and transparent manner. Paul managed the viewing and bidding processes in his excellent way and kept me updated as the sale progressed. I recently sold a property in Dublin with Paul Tobin Estate Agents. I've been following the market for some time and felt I knew quite a bit. I certainly knew that to attract a good price I needed to upgrade the property, which had been rented for some time. Paul managed and oversaw every detail in preparation for sale. He advised on the current market, potential buyers, and advised on the asking price. His view on potential buyers was somewhat different to what I had anticipated given the property's central location but his market knowledge proved prescient to say the least. Paul Tobin is an absolute gent. We recently purchased a property through him. Point 1 - He is an excellent sales agent and constantly put us in contact with experts even if it wasn’t always in his teams best interests (as they would be the other side of the table to him) 😊. But far more importantly point 2 - the previous owner is the most miserable person I have ever come across and basically stole anything not bolted to the wall - the fridge, curtains and bed. When viewing the apartment we did discuss the bed but I never in a million years considered putting them in the sales contract as who on earth takes a crappy used fridge. My solicitor recommended Paul to sell my dad’s house after he passed away. After talking to Paul I asked him to take on the sale. From there, I just sat back and watched in Marvel as Paul went through the paces. We walked the property and he explained to me what I need to do to make the property sellable, he did a survey on the property and explained what he needed to also satisfy the purchasers surveyor. Paul pitched the house as it was, dated with potential and clearly pointed out the potentials. He vets all clients prior to viewing. He is trustworthy and this comes across when you talk to him. You want to buy from Paul. He achieved considerably more than the asking price and impressed me with his fair mindedness with me and the purchasing couple. Outstanding service from start to finish. Paul is a thorough professional in all dealings. He is friendly, approachable and honest. Paul did not come promising pie in the sky figures, he was realistic and worked extremely hard on achieving a very satisfactory price for us.
Together with a superb sales process, production of top quality photos and excellent brochures, Paul guided us through all steps of the sales process from start to finish, with the property going sale agreed within 4 weeks.

Paul Tobin Estates has managed my rental property's for several years. During that time i have had three different tenants, who all have been meticulously selected by Paul as the right tenant to rent my apartment. This has always given me the peace of mind that i dont have to worry about any hassle been caused to neighbors or the property itself.

When I first decided to put my property on the market for rent, Pauls team provided me with an in dept inspection and consultation on what i was required to do in order to maximize my rental income by bringing up the standard of the property, more to what i could have ever expected Professional Photographs were taken and an amazing online brochure created that displayed exactly what the living conditions here like both inside the property and in the area it is located. Also Paul had several viewings within a couple of weeks and trustworthy tenants moving in within the month.

During my stay ( 2 years) , I had minor plumbing and appliance problems, both of which Paul had repaired without delay.
