My journey into hypnotherapy began with my own transformation. Like many, I struggled with body image, weight loss, procrastination, impostor syndrome, and self-sabotage. I also learned how to attract love and manifest the life I’ve always dreamed of. Through hypnotherapy, mindset work, and a decade of mindfulness practice, I found the tools to break free from those challenges, and now I’m here to guide you on your own path to self-discovery and healing.

My passion lies in empowering women and girls to find fulfillment and feel their best in their bodies. I specialize in removing emotional blocks and healing the subconscious mind, utilising Rapid Transformational Therapy and mindset coaching to boost self-confidence and foster lasting change.

I work primarily online, offering sessions via secure video platforms. Whether you’re across the city or across the world, you can experience the full depth and effectiveness of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), coaching, and energy work—right from the comfort of your own space.

The beauty of RTT, hypnosis, coaching, and the universal energies is that they know no borders or limitations. Transformation happens on the mental, emotional, and energetic levels, and distance doesn’t diminish their impact.

Many of my clients find online sessions even more relaxing and convenient, allowing them to be fully present and comfortable in familiar surroundings.

While I primarily work online, if you prefer an in-person experience, I’m happy to welcome you to my therapy room. Your comfort and preferences are always my priority.

Services

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a therapeutic approach developed by Marisa Peer, combining principles of hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Its goal is to deliver fast, effective results by getting to the root cause of an issue, often within just one to three sessions, hence the "rapid" in the name.
