I hold Patricia Lett in the most highest regard as a person. Thanks to her professionalism and very honest opinions I have been able to move forward in my life. When I first met Patricia I was living, well, let's just say in not a very respectable nor desirable housing. (Single detached garage). She supported me in the sense that she gave me very sound advice and she and her team pushed me in a way that I did not feel judged. Thanks to her I was able to follow my dream of going to college as a power engineer. I'm still shocked, but I have since graduated with a 3.71 GPA. Who woulda thought? Thank you Patricia, Robyn, and your entire team. Seriously...thank you! As with all therapy, there will be ups and downs but I think the key is to learn how to communicate when there is an upsetting issue, work threw it together, and in the end it allows us (the patient) to move on. I have been seeing Patricia on a regular basis for over 1 year now. She is very open minded and non judgmental of my life choices, particularly surrounding marijuana usage. Because of this, we have been able to explore some of the root causes of my self defeating behaviors. I have tried many times, unsuccessfully, to get help from other therapists and even hospitals without much luck. They just wouldn't take the time to listen. I can honestly say I have made more progress in the past 6 months then in the past 3 years. Patricia took the time to listen to my concerns surrounding my mental health and she has observed my sometimes bizarre behavior without throwing me out (yes, this has happened with other therapists in the past). She looked threw ALL of my mental medical records (there were a lot) and spoke with my family members before making a diagnosis. Finally, things are starting to make sense and I have now begun living a more independent life thanks to her advice. She has helped me understand why my mood swings so dramatically, and how to better control my reaction to stress. Also, as I’ve progressed threw therapy, she has monitored my medication. Her feed back has been very useful for my family doctor in adjusting my dosages. I am very grateful for Patricia’s time, expertise and extreme patience and would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family. Thank You Patricia! More...
