What do you love most about your job?
Staying on top of the non-stop and rapid advancements in drafting and scanning technology. I'm a tech geek, and love getting new tools to make our process better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To create something from nothing. Now going on 8 years in business, we have expanded and are proud to employee locals (we do not send our drafting overseas) and support our economy, pay a living wage, and help homeowners, building/facility managers,

3D Scanning
Professional Lidar(Laser) Scanning of interior and exterior spaces. We also utilize Infrared 3D Scanners when speed is a priority.
With this data, we can produce dense pointclouds for use in BIM, and HD Walkthrough tours of the space, to share with project stakeholders.
Drafting
We offer Professional CAD Drafting services. Our lead drafter has 15 years in the industry, and combined, our team has over 30 years of drafting experience.
Building Permit Drawings
Our drafting team has many years experience developing Building Permit Drawings for many municipalities in the lower mainland.
