Very friendly Husband and wife team owners. Very good at keeping the flow of a class going, meaning you are never boring or looking for a clock. Great work out and with me coming from 7 years of a martial arts background I say this place has a great balance of technique and sparring training and cardio work. Really pushes you, really engaging. P.S. They are open a lot so almost any time you have free time you will find them open too so that's no excuse for not going and trying out :)P.P.S There's a great mix of people from beginners to pro, female and male, children and adults. Coaches Alex, Rob and Rani are passionate and knowledgeable about this sport. They each take the time to ensure you are comfortable and understand the positions and techniques. Well I would like to say that I really do enjoy coming to this boxing gym and the owners, I really do appreciate them welcoming me to their gym family. I would like to also elaborate though, on a situation that occurred today at the facility, I was actually right there when the couple came in on my way to the restroom. Rob the owner of the gym did not at any time disrespect nor did he belittle the couple that came in, in any shape or form he asked a question to the female and, she replied with a sly remark words were exchanged then they walk out but nothing disrespectful from the owner rob. I’m only replying to this because I don’t want anyone reading this to ever think that this facility doesn’t respect or appreciate anyone who comes through as long as they have a positive mind and attitude this place is full of awesome people and if you come through you will see for your self.
