Working with Niki has been an incredible adventure, having our weekly video chats to discuss how life is going and moving forward with the goals in my life, helping me to realize my dreams and move forward in being the best I can be. She has helped me take my ideas and make them a reality, encouraging me to push myself, helping to create opportunities that I would have passed by. Her support and guidance has been an integral part of my life over the last few months. She has helped me overcome my fears, encouraged me with further education and learning to drive.
Niki is honest and caring, she treats me with respect and at the same time, encourages me to work outside of my comfort zone. Niki has been working with me since early September 2018. We have regular weekly sessions via video call, lasting one to two hours each. We’ve covered many areas including general life coaching, transition, and coming out in my personal and professional life. We have talked though the possibilities in these areas and she has guided me through forming plans that fit my goals and circumstances. She offers practical advice and sets me goals to work on between sessions to help push me forward.
Niki has always taken plenty of time to discuss things with me and has made herself available at short notice if needed. She has given me honest and valuable advice on all manner of subjects. Niki is a fantastic listener, easy to talk to, kind, considerate and great fun.
