We've been taking our rescue dog Cricket here for five months and started taking her here only one week after we adopted her! Absolutely fantastic establishment. Friendly, kind staff who knew my dog's name on sight by our second visit. Staff is also very knowledgeable about dogs and obviously care greatly about the quality of care they provide. Watching my dog on the live cameras is a great bonus, and it is nice to have the transparency into the care that is given by the daycare staff. More...

Archie, 9 month old Tibetan Terrier was at the Ruff House for two days while I was at a conference on Ottawa. Excellent facility and wonderful staff. He loved it there! The Ruff House couldn't be a better dog daycare. I love the fact that dogs are consulted before attending and that there is a thorough process to attend, that is so important for the health of our dogs! The live webcam is a bonus! Ruff House offers a great daycare service for dogs. We send our Vizsla a few times a week and she comes home tired and happy. It’s a great place to let your dogs get a good day of fun and socialization while you’re at work. Plus you can tune in to the webcams to see what they’re up to. I started bringing my little lady here after we lost her big sister. It was suggested by several people that I put her in daycare a couple days a week to keep her social and get her out of the empty house. I did some tours and researched some other facilities in the city, and decided to try the Ruff House. I am beyond happy that I made this choice. The crew at the Ruff House are beyond amazing, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable - they treat each dog like it's their own family member. They celebrate the little things as if Beyla is their furkid. Beyla loves going there and even though she doesn't play much, she is happy and exhausted when we come home. I wish I would’ve started coming here sooner! Very clean and organized facility with competent people running it! I’ve brought my (sometimes very annoying) dog twice for daycare and always feel great leaving her here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly, have a good sense of humour. Friendly staff, excellent communication - a pleasant experience for all.We boarded our golden with the Ruff House over the Thanksgiving weekend, and could not be happier with how things went. Staff were receptive, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We were constantly updated, with pictures and text, as to how our dog was doing. My Sophie took puppy classes here and it was a wonderful experience. The facilities are very nice and super clean! I am very protective of my pup Ruby, and am always hesitant when leaving her at other places or with other people. I have to say, after my first experience with The Ruff House, Ruby will be a regular there! The staff are so kind and wonderful, and even sent an update picture of Ruby enjoying herself. My friends had recommended Ruff House a number of weeks ago however my dog Milo only recently went for daycare. He had a GREAT visit. Jon and his staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable and sent me a follow up email (with pictures) during Milo's stay to let me know that he was doing well and having fun. I would recommend Ruff House to any and all dog owners I know as the care and service was exceptional. Really appreciate the attention they gave Milo (side note you can also view the daycare with live camera feeds).
