Thank you for creating such a beautiful plant-based faux cheese platter complete with homemade flavoured hummus, olives, and flatbread. Was a huge hit with everyone, including those who do not follow a plant-based diet. Equal rave reviews were garnered for the delicious vegan lasagna, and pulled jackfruit BBQ sliders. Excellent food and service every time, regardless of what I order. I have The Platter Company deliver food to my clients on moving day. We had The Platter Company cater an 85th birthday party in our home. We had 36 guests who were awestruck with the array of plentiful platters spread across the counter and table tops. We had a mix of both cold and warm platters and the taste and quality of the food was outstanding and kept everyone coming back for more. Food is always fresh and delicious, and the presentation is always classy, and well put together. From start to finish Jacqui's team at the Platter Company provided service and meals that were absolutely stunning. In addition to delicious food and all of the amenities required to enjoy a meal - cutlery, plates, and all corresponding sauces, the presentation was something I have never seen. Our salads were presented as gorgeous gifts, wrapped so beautifully you almost don't want to ruin the packaging. I have had The Platter Company cater a few small and large family events. Jacqui was very helpful with planning the menu and deciding on the appropriate amount of food. She's a delight to work with. She holds your hand through the process and does all of the heavy lifting. The Platter Company has catered casual self-serve buffet events for me as well as sit-down hot food menus. I was a little apprehensive about ordering a platter that I would never see, from the opposite side of the Country but I was super impressed by Jacqui, her attention to detail and utmost customer service! Based on the rave reviews I kept seeing on my neighbourhood Facebook page, I ordered the dairy & gluten free lasagne and chilli from The Platter Company. They were both so delicious!!! You'd never know they were dairy and gluten free, which to me is what defines success in these types of dishes. Even my picky 9-yr-old loved them and asked for seconds! And now I've just seen photos of what I'm calling little bundles of heaven wrapped in bacon (also known as bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers)...definitely on my must try list from The Platter Company!!
