Thanks again Jim for taking such good care of Buddy, Angel & Missy. It's rare you find a boarding kennels that are so dedicated and experienced in minding dogs. I wouldn't leave my dogs anywhere else and would highly recommend Wenden Kennels.

My two german shepherds Ben and Blondie had a great time at Wenden Kennels in June. Jim and Mary looked after poor Ben so well. He sufferes from autoimmune disease and he needed special attention. He came home after his holidays there in great form. Its great to know that they are so well looked after here when we are on holidays. They really love german shepherds and understand them. More...

This was our third time to use Wenden's in the past year and as ever our dog Sable seemed to have a great time. Grainne has a way with dogs -as I told Jim she must have weaved some magic becsuse Sable came back such a chilled out dog this week. She has been noticeably calmer around other dogs - even though the off-leash running crazy ones still cause her excitement and probably always will! Her stay with Wenden's and Grainne has done her the world of good and I would heartily recommend them to anyone. More...

Wenden Boarding Kennels is simply home away from home your doggie. The kennels is part of the family home. As soon as you drive in. You are always welcomed by the resident doggies along with beautiful flowers, funny doggie memorabilia and wonderful shrubbery plus a lovely feeling of space. It has a real sense of calm. The team are simply amazing. Nothing is a problem and they are on hand to listen to any of your requests about what your dog likes, dislikes, etc.. Brockagh my( 10 yr collie mix) has stayed at Wenden on number of occasions and has always come home happy, healthy and better behaved. I had the pleasure to work with Jim on some doggie client events and PR launches and he is one in a million in terms of his knowledge, respect and expertise in his field. Plus he is super calm and has a natural ability with animals. The entire team are a very special bunch of people who love what they do and your doggie will thank you for it. More...

I have 3 dogs in NY and the kennels over in the states do not compare to Wenden Kennels. In the USA, the dogs go into a small cage, they do not get much exercise, and certainly, don't get to play in the wide open fresh air. Moreover, the price is so much better in Ireland. The dog we boarded with wenden belonged to my mother and our dog was with them for nearly 3 weeks, - with grooming, Jim who we worked with returned our dog in perfect condition. Jim, sent me pictures of our dog and was always responsive to any of my emails.I would highly recommend this kennel, as they take very good care and your pet will be very safe with them.David More...
