Our party of 13 enjoyed a delicious, fresh, Mediterranean themed meal from Chef Laura and her assistant Beth. We were visiting The Victoria area for vacation and decided to treat ourselves one night to a professionally prepared private dinner party at our rental home. Chef Laura was very easy to work with from the initial planning all The way through to the night of the event. We had several dietary restrictions and needs — from dairy allergies to a few very picky kids — and she incorporated them into our menu seamlessly. An added bonus was a spotless kitchen in the end! Chef Laura and Ms. Renee were such an excellent team! They catered (cooked in home) our dinner party of 12 (making alternatives to the few dietary restrictions we had), professionally and cheerfully. Laura is an inspired chef and she looked after our dinner party with grace and ease. She cleaned up and was as pleasant as a peach throughout the entire process from helping us plan the dinner with menu suggestions to how and when to serve the food.
