Brilliant gym! But definitely a serious one - not your average "fitness gym." Lots of great, mostly strength, equipment and very friendly atmosphere. The best lifting community in Vancouver! I’ve been training here for about 8 months. I love how supportive, knowledgeable, nice and funny everyone here is. Every trainer knows how to lift properly and to teach someone how to lift (which is not the case in a lot of gyms). The focus is here on power lifting, calisthenics, lots of mobility for better performance, some do bodybuilding.
