This company is absolutely fantastic to deal with. I work for a Canadian manufacturer of industrial equipment, and we had a Canadian made solution that we wanted to promote on our various social media channels. I work in Toronto, our customer's factory was in Vancouver. After shopping around, I selected Tetra Films because Brice was up front and easy to deal with, giving me a quote that was easy to understand and competitive. We had a few telephone calls, and Tetra was good to go.When the customer was ready for the Tetra Film crew, I couldn't even be in Vancouver. I waited by the phone all day for a call for clarification or information, but I never got one. Brice and his crew had absorbed all of the information I had given them about what I wanted, to the point that they never called me. Then, the first rough cut by their editor, a man I had never spoken to, and who had no prior understanding of our product beyond the marketing literature I had emailed, was already 90% of the way complete, and better than I'd have dared hope. I just picked footage I liked and footage I didn't. Thofiq took my comments and took his own initiative and the end result was fantastic.Since then we've used them for 3 other projects. The videos have received thousands of views, and generated leads for our products. I worked with Tetra Films back in the winter of 2016 and spring of 2017 to produce short videos for a higher ed audience (primarily admissions and recruitment purposes). The work turned out beautifully, and beautiful in spite of a number of set-backs (last-minute additions, late arrivals, harried speakers, gloomy weather, a truly packed schedule) that may have otherwise marred or stifled production. These are, I suppose, general production woes. And still, the guys--director Willy and producer Brice--were detail oriented, thoughtful, warm, and intelligent. They were careful with the subjects, respectful and engaging with the participants, and unfailingly energetic. Their patience throughout the project was not only consummately professional, but also encouraging. Bruce, Willy and the entire Tetra Films team produced the most amazing video our company has commissioned to date. They were flexible, quick to reply to any request, efficient and provided professional guidance, always keeping the final product in mind. What do you love most about your job?
There’s so much I love about video production, but the best part is being able to visually express a point of view that helps people in some way. Having looked inward, I straight away knew I wanted to affect positive change outward in the world – and Tetra Films is one of the best ways for me to express that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We saw a clear need in the market for a quality team of video producers and directors who could help businesses take their business to the next level visually and emotionally. Telling a story has always inspired us and we especially love helping businesses tell their stories so they can make a positive impact on their business and community.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our goal is to help other business clearly communicate their message and we are very excited to see what can happen when a company benefits from the power of video communication. Its always great to see our clients get back some of the time they were loosing to repetitive tasks, to see them save money by automating their communications through video and to gain the authority they deserve in their marketplace by getting their message out there with video.

Both. Our pre production services all occur remotely. Production occurs on site at your place of business. Post Production occurs at our post production facility.
